The Interview Process Once we have received your application, we'll assess your suitability for the role based on your CV and any further information you provide. You will then be contacted by telephone, and if successful be invited to an interview. This will be your chance to show us the real person behind your CV. Tell us all about your experience and interests and prove why you're a good fit for the role. We'll be paying attention to how relevant your experience and abilities are for the role, as well as your enthusiasm and personality.
If you are successful at the initial interview, you will be invited back for a second interview where you will be asked more detailed questions about your skills and experience for the role as well as meeting some of the people you'll be working with if you are the selected candidate.
