The European subsidiary, Surfdome requires a Customer Service Advisor that can speak to our French customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with multi-lingual skills, to work within our vibrant team as a customer service advisor. The job purpose is to provide advice to customers on a wide range of online shopping queries. An ideal person should be fluent in English and French, and able to converse and correspond to a high level of grammatical standard in both languages. We are looking for someone who has a positive, professional approach, and who would work well within a team.
Having a passion for and knowledge of surfing, snowboarding or skateboarding would be a great advantage but is not essential
Handling UK and International customer queries on a daily basis from telephone, email and live chat
Updating customer accounts
Offering customers advice on products and order enquiries
Effectively resolving customer issues
Written/Spoken Languages: Fluent in French and English to a high standard
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Ability to use your own initiative to resolve problems
Ability to multitask and use different systems
Experience in customer service would be helpful but not essential
Experience in Snow Sports, Surf Sports, Skateboarding, Technical clothing – not essential
